Detroit Stories is the twenty-first solo and twenty-eighth overall studio album by American singer-songwriter Alice Cooper. The album was released on February 26, 2021, by ear MUSIC. It crowned Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart debuting at No. 1 and was the first chart-topper for Cooper in the 29-year history of the Top Album Sales chart. The album was produced by Bob Ezrin. As a solo album, it incorporates a variety of artists contributing on a number of instruments.
Detroit Stories sold 13,000 copies in its first week of sales across CD, of which 9,500 were sold, vinyl LP, which generated 2,000 sales, and digital download formats making up the remaining 1,500 sales.
